Rams make just one roster move ahead of matchup with Seahawks

The Los Angeles Rams are set to meet the Seattle Seahawks on Sunday at SoFi Stadium for their first of two divisional battles this year.

Ahead of the contest, the Rams announced a final roster move on Saturday that will impact Sunday’s game, as they’ve elevated kicker Harrison Mevis from the practice squad.

This isn’t a shocking move, as Rams head coach Sean McVay indicated that Mevis would be the team’s kicker again this week after he replaced Joshua Karty against the San Francisco 49ers and made all six of his extra points in that matchup.

While Karty is still on the roster, he’ll likely be a healthy scratch for Sunday, so the Rams can have more depth at other positions.
