Top Storylines 👉📝
– Nuggets and T’Wolves battle to close the night
Denver and Minnesota have developed a rivalry in the West, and it’ll be fun to see them battle here. While the Nuggets won their first matchup of the season, the Timberwolves swept the four-game set last year. Nikola Jokić is off to another historic start for Denver, averaging 28.8 points, 13.1 rebounds and 10.9 assists while leading the Nuggets to a 9-2 record. With all that said, Jokić is questionable.
– Lakers look to keep rolling against the Bucks
Many fans thought LA might struggle without LeBron James, but their 9-4 record is one of the best in the Western Conference. The backcourt duo of Luka Dončić and Austin Reaves has been one of the best in the NBA as well. Giannis Antetokounmpo hasn’t been too shabby himself, averaging 32.6 points, 11.5 rebounds and 7.3 assists per game.
– Raptors and Pacers renew rivalry:
These are two teams going in opposite directions, and nobody would have anticipated which way looking at last year’s results. After making the NBA Finals last season, Indiana has a 1-11 record while losing the majority of their roster to injuries. Toronto has been one of the biggest surprises in the NBA, winning six of its last seven outings. The Raptors also won two of their three games over the Pacers last season.
