Bears’ final injury report: Latest on Jaylon Johnson, T.J. Edwards

The Chicago Bears are gearing up for their Week 11 game against the Minnesota Vikings on Sunday, where Chicago is looking to win their seventh game in the last eight and stay atop the NFC North.
The Bears released their final injury report of the week, where there were some notable updates on defense. Linebacker T.J. Edwards has been ruled out for the second straight game as he nurses hand and hamstring injuries. Meanwhile, wide receiver Jahdae Walker (concussion) has been ruled out and safety Jaquan Brisker (back) is questionable.
But the big news is that cornerback Jaylon Johnson (groin) was limited participant during Friday’s practice as he returns from groin surgery earlier this season. Chicago opened Johnson’s 21-day practice window to return from injured reserve. While Johnson is questionable for Sunday’s game, it’s unlikely he plays so soon. But it’s certainly an indication that he’ll be back on the field before December begins.
Here’s a look at the Friday injury reports for the Bears and Vikings:
