LendingTree found that Thanksgiving hosts expect to spend an average of $487 on food, drinks, and decor this year — up 13% from last year’s survey. Sixty percent of those surveyed said inflation is affecting their plans, with 28% using more coupons, 18% scaling back their guest lists, and 10% saying they won’t invite back guests who show up empty-handed.
