BATON ROUGE, La. (WAFB) – Rumors swirled across Tiger Town on Monday with whispers of “a plane from Oxford” landing in Baton Rouge, immediately sparking speculation among fans.
Could it be Ole Miss Coach Lane Kiffin in town to interview for the LSU head football coach vacancy?
Close, but with a surprising twist.

According to a report by Matt Moscona of LouisianaSports.net, Layla Kiffin is set to visit Baton Rouge.
Moscona, host of “After Further Review” on ESPN radio, says Layla Kiffin is scheduled to tour Baton Rouge and also plans to do the same in Gainesville, as Florida is also in a coach search.
The report says the two divorced in 2016 and have since reconciled. Their oldest child is a student at Ole Miss and is dating LSU linebacker Whit Weeks.
Another report speculates that at least one of their children may be joining Layla Kiffin during her visit to Baton Rouge.
