Pair of nationally recognized restaurant brands joining mixed-use development in Overland Park
OVERLAND PARK, Kan. (KCTV) – A pair of nationally recognized restaurant brands are coming to central Overland Park.
In an announcement shared Tuesday, Block & Company Realtors shared that The Capital Grille and Yard House are joining the mixed-use development project at 115th Street and Nall Avenue.
The pair of businesses will be located on the southwest corner of 115th & Nall Avenue.
That’s across Nall from the Town Center shopping center and in an area on the west side of Nall that has recently added several restaurants between 112th and 115th Streets. Next week, Andretti Indoor Karting & Games will open in that area as well.
That area of mixed-use development that The Capital Grille and Yard House will be adding to is in the same area as one of the three locations the Kansas City Royals are considering for the site of a future new stadium.
In May, an affiliate of the Royals purchased the mortgage of Aspiria’s Overland Park campus, which is in the area of 119th Street and Nall.
