Copper Flagg, Mavs Disappoint NBA Fans in Blowout Loss to Anthony Edwards, Wolves

Cooper Flagg and the Dallas Mavericks were blown out by Anthony Edwards and the Minnesota Timberwolves 120-96 on Monday on the road.
Flagg finished with 15 points, one rebound and two assists on an efficient 6-of-10 shooting night. Brandon Williams added 15 points and five rebounds as Dallas fell to 4-11.
Edwards helped the Timberwolves improve to 9-5 with 31 points, four rebounds and three assists to lead the way.
Fans reacted to the Mavericks’ blowout loss to the Timberwolves as Dallas’ struggles continued.
After taking a 61-44 lead into halftime, Minnesota blew the game open in the third quarter and entered the fourth with a commanding 98-66 advantage. The Timberwolves never looked back, dominating the final period to secure the 24-point win.
Dallas will look to bounce back when it hosts New York on Wednesday.
