Get ready for several deals on the PlayStation 5 this Black Friday along with blockbuster games and quality accessories.
Amazon and Target will most likely have major discounts on the PS5, but we expect the biggest shopping wins you’ll score will be at Walmart with a whole roster of marked down bundles, similar to last year.

Based on previous years, you can expect Amazon and Target to have two or three great discounts lined up.
In 2024, Amazon had three consoles up to $126 off: a slim disc version, a slim digital-only model and a NBA 2K25 bundle.
The discounts on the two slim models saved shoppers $76. While the PlayStation 5 console (slim) disc model was $424, instead of $500, the PlayStation 5 Digital Edition (slim) was $374, instead of $450.
However, shoppers saved most when they purchased the PlayStation PS5 Digital Edition – NBA 2K25 Bundle, which was $374, instead of $500 for a savings of $126.
They saved $75 on the same PS5 models at Target, but they sold old lightning fast, just like the original disc edition.
Walmart is where shoppers saved the most on Black Friday 2024, and we predict this year will be no different.
The big-box retailer offered several bundles up to $100 off on Black Friday last year along with the disc and digital slim editions of the PS5 at $76 off, similar to Amazon and Target. The bundle with the largest discount was the PlayStation 5 Pro Console + PlayStation 5 DualSense Wireless Controller Galactic Purple for $100 off, dropping the price form $850 to $750.
These discounts on the beloved console were much higher in 2024 than they were in 2023, so it’s possible they’ll be even bigger this year. Shoppers were also able to score up to 50% off on popular video games that year, so we expect the markdowns on games to be just as high this year.
But with deals this good, they may sell out fast so you’ll have to order your PS5 ASAP before they’re gone.
