In The Park 2026: Lewis Capaldi to play at Liverpool’s Sefton park

Lewis Capaldi is set to play a headline show at Liverpool’s Sefton Park.

The Scottish singer-songwriter, who won the 2020 Brit Award for song of the year, will play In The Park festivals as part of his recently announced world tour.

Capaldi will appear at Exhibition Park in Newcastle on 8 July and at Liverpool’s Sefton Park on 15 August.

Tickets will go on sale on Friday, with a pre-sale on Thursday.

Further acts for In The Park will be announced in coming weeks.

Capaldi’s current tour marks his first run of shows since he took time away from performing and recording to focus on his mental health.

The Someone You Love singer’s struggle with Tourette’s Syndrome has been well-documented.

In 2023 he was unable to finish his set at Glastonbury.

After undergoing therapy to help him better manage his symptoms, Capaldi returned to Glastonbury to wow the huge crowd which had gathered at the Pyramid Stage to support him.
