The couples were celebrating Prince Night tonight on “Dancing With the Stars” season 34, as the “DWTS” 2025 couples took on two performances for the semifinals. For this night, we saw “The Secret Lives of Mormon Wives” star Whitney Leavitt and her pro partner, Mark Ballas, perform two different dance styles in honor of Prince tonight on “Dancing With the Stars” 2025.

First Semifinal Performance on ‘Dancing With the Stars’ Season 34
For their first dance, they performed a Cha Cha to “1999″ on “Dancing With the Stars” season 34 tonight. Mark said this is a very important dance, but they are going to have fun at the same time. This was an entertaining routine, and their facial expressions were selling it, for sure. The judges loved it, as they scored a 29 out of 30 for this routine.
As for the fans, they took to social media to voice their opinions. Some of them weren’t feeling it, as one person wrote, “I love Whitney but I thought this was her worst dance. Maybe it’s the music tonight or just too much extra stuff added in.”
This user wrote, “She’s a good dancer BUT I fear it’s the same every week…..”
She was getting the love too, as one person wrote, “This woman can dance, there is zero doubt about that. If we are purely speaking about dance skills, she’s incredibly talented!! Also Mark always slays.” Another added, “SHE IS INCREDIBLEEEEE ARE YOU KIDDING???”
Second Semifinal Performance Tonight
She got emotional talking about her journey on “Dancing With the Stars” season 34. Whitney said she has learned to be herself, and when she dances, she is herself. For this second dance, they performed a Viennese Waltz to “Slow Love.” The judges, again, loved it. Carrie Ann caught a mistake, so it was another 29 out of 30, and a total of 58 out of 60 for the night.
For the fans, another set of mixed reviews on the “DWTS” Instagram page. One person wrote, “I’m a whitney hater but that was awesome.” Another added, “Literal perfection. Argue with a wall.”
