Katie Price’s ex Kieran Hayler looks downcast at court appearance
Katie Price’s ex Kieran Hayler looked downcast as he arrived at Crawley Magistrates’ Court in West Sussex, where he faces three charges of ra** and one charge of sexual assault involving a 13-year-old minor.
The offences are alleged to have taken place between June and October 2016 ,during the period he was married to the television personality.
The 38-year-old personal trainer cut a downcast figure as he made his way towards the courthouse, walking through falling snow with his head lowered.
Sources have confirmed that the alleged victim is not related to either Hayler or Price. Sussex Police publicly announced the charges on October 20, stating that legal proceedings were underway which said:
‘We can confirm Kieran Hayler, 38, of North chapel in West Sussex, has been charged with three courts of rape and one count of sexual assault against a 13-year-old girl.
‘The offences are alleged to have occurred at an address in West Sussex between June 1 and October 13, 2016.
‘Hayler remains released under investigation and is due to appear before Crawley magistrates’ court on November 19.
‘At the time Hayler’s legal representative denied the allegations against him, stating:
‘Kieran Hayler strongly denies the allegations made against him in its entirety.’
Hayler and Price married in the Bahamas in 2013, her third marriage following previous unions with Peter Andre and Alex Reid. The couple welcomed two children together: Jett Riviera, born in August 2013, and Bunny, born in August 2014.
They separated in 2018 after a turbulent relationship and their divorce was finalised in 2021.
