I’m A Celebrity Get Me Out Of Here star Lisa Riley has revealed her ‘absolute guilt’ as she made a weight admission to her campmates on the ITV series.

The Emmerdale actress has had a busy year to date, with 2025 marking 30 years since made her debut on the ITV soap as Mandy Dingle. Due to taking part in the series, viewers are preparing for some time without the character.

Making her debut on I’m A Celebrity on Sunday night (November 16), Lisa is one of ten stars taking part in the annual Ant and Dec programme. Also representing Manchester is streamer Angry Ginge and rapper Aitch.

Lisa has been a hit with fans to date, having been commended for comforting Jack Osbourne. The son of Ozzy Osbourne needed Lisa’s words of wisdom when he began talking about his rock legend father’s recent passing.

The soap star shared that she understood the loss of a parent following the death of her mother, Cath, from breast cancer in 2012. Lisa would be seen tearing up again when she received a photo from her family later in the week, who she called ‘my world’.

On Wednesday night (November 19), Lisa opened up to comedian Ruby Wax, Loose Women’s Kelly Brook, EastEnders Shona McGarty and former Lioness Alex Scott about her weight loss.

Speaking about having a breast uplift after her weight loss, in a two session surgery, she told the other women in the camp: “I’m now a size 16-18, but at my biggest I was a size 28.”

She added: “My absolute guilt for years and years was blindness to portion control… I’ve completely cut out nibbling.”

Lisa went on to say that she’s ‘never lazy’ when it comes to her fitness. Also saying that she ‘think it’s hereditary’.

This caused the women to bond about weight loss expectations, and menopause, with Ruby explaining the lack of sex drive she had as a result, saying she told men ‘she had herpes’ for ten years.

This caused Alex, who is in a relationship with Jess Glynne, to chip in: “It’s completely different with women, especially for me it’s always been about a deep emotional connection which then makes the sex more passionate than ever anyway because you have such a deep bond between you.”

She went on to say about her dating history: “I had relationships with men throughout my life, there was always something missing for me.”

Those watching the episode at home were full of praise for Lisa and the rest of her campmates for being open about their vulnerabilities, commending them on X, previously known as Twitter, for being honest about her past.
