A well-balanced and smooth-moving wingman, Allen brings elite athleticism and versatility to the Eagles’ lineup. Known for his exceptional running capacity, Allen clocked a sub-six-minute 2km time trial and ranked No.1 nationally in the running vertical jump during pre-season testing with an incredible 101cm leap.
Allen started the year strongly with the Oakleigh Chargers, averaging 21.3 disposals (including 9.3 contested) across the first three rounds of the Coates Talent League before a season-ending ACL injury at training. Despite the setback, his talent and professionalism ensured he remained firmly on recruiters’ radars.
Allen’s combination of endurance, power, and composure makes him an exciting prospect as he works toward a full recovery and a bright future in the blue and gold.
