Your First Alert to a rainy pattern to end the week

MEMPHIS, Tenn. (WMC) – A warm, humid, and cloudy day is leading into some soggy weather for the next couple of days. Showers will develop tonight and continue through the day tomorrow with more rain likely Friday. Fortunately, no severe storms are expected, but periods of heavy rain along with some thunder and lightning can be expected. That will be followed by a drier pattern for the weekend.
TONIGHT: Mostly Cloudy with a few late night showers along with a light East wind and overnight lows in the low to mid 60s.
THURSDAY: Cloudy with periods of rain along with a Southwest wind at 5 to 10 MPH and high temperatures near 70.
THURSDAY NIGHT: Cloudy with showers along with a South wind at 5 to 10 MPH and overnight lows in the low to mid 60s.
FRIDAY: Mostly Cloudy with scattered showers along with highs in the mid 70s and overnight lows near 60.
THE WEEKEND: Saturday will be mostly cloudy with a slight chance of an early morning shower along with highs near 70 and overnight lows in the lower 50s. Sunday will be partly cloudy with afternoon highs in the mid to upper 60s and overnight lows in the lower 50s.
