MONROE, La. (KNOE) – The Gordon McKernan injury attorneys are preparing for their annual bike giveaway, bringing new bikes to children across the community before the holidays.
Families have until December 1 to register for the event. The giveaway will take place December 6, when the firm will distribute bikes to selected children.
“Everybody remembers the first time they got a bicycle, the joy that brings,” said a representative from the Monroe branch. “We love giving back to the community and we can’t think of a better way to give back to the kids around here than giving them their first bicycle”, said attorney Mark White
Organizers expect a strong turnout and encourage families to register before the deadline. The firm said the giveaway continues to make a difference for local kids as the holiday season approaches.
