Scout Selection: Best Fantasy team for Gameweek 12

See the dream line-up, which includes SEVEN players from Chelsea, Crystal Palace and Arsenal
Chelsea, Crystal Palace and Arsenal supply a combined seven players in the best XI for Gameweek 12 of Fantasy Premier League.
Three Chelsea stars earn places for their trip to Burnley on Saturday, with centre-back Trevoh Chalobah (£5.1m) joined by midfielder Enzo Fernandez (£6.7m) and forward Joao Pedro (£7.5m).
Later that afternoon, Palace pair Daniel Munoz (£5.8m) and Jean-Philippe Mateta (£8.1m) visit bottom side Wolverhampton Wanderers.
Bukayo Saka (£10.1m) is selected for Arsenal’s home derby against Tottenham Hotspur the following day, with goalkeeper David Raya (£5.9m) picked as the best route into the Gunners’ backline due to the injury doubts over defenders Gabriel (£6.6m) and Riccardo Calafiori (£5.8m).
Manchester City’s Erling Haaland (£14.9m) retains the armband for the match at Newcastle United, with Manchester United’s Bryan Mbeumo (£8.5m) named as vice-captain at home to Everton.
David Raya (Arsenal) £5.9m
The Spaniard has been the most consistent goalkeeper in Fantasy, registering at least six points in seven of the first 11 Gameweeks for Arsenal. Raya’s home form has been particularly impressive, conceding just a single goal in five matches at Emirates Stadium in 2025/26.
Daniel Munoz (Crystal Palace) £5.8m
The Palace wing-back has combined a goal and three assists with five clean sheets to rank fifth among defenders on 60 points. Munoz’s 12 shots place joint-second in his position in Fantasy, while his 10 shots in the penalty area are just one off second spot.
Trevoh Chalobah (Chelsea) £5.1m
Chelsea’s defender has blanked just twice in his 10 appearances thanks to his multiple routes to returns. Chalobah’s total of 55 points consists of two goals, an assist, five clean sheets, eight defensive contribution points and two bonus points.
Marcos Senesi (AFC Bournemouth) £5.0m
AFC Bournemouth’s centre-back is the No 1 player for defensive contributions in 2025/26, earning two extra points in NINE of his 11 appearances. The Cherries’ defensive record at Vitality Stadium suggests Senesi could also reward his 26 per cent backers with a clean sheet against West Ham United – in home matches, Bournemouth have conceded only two goals, the second-best record in the league.
Bukayo Saka (Arsenal) £10.1m
The winger is in fine form ahead of the first north London derby of the season, having scored in three of Arsenal’s last four matches in all competitions. Saka claimed his season-high haul of 12 points against Sunderland last time out, underlining his captaincy potential for Gameweek 12.
Bryan Mbeumo (Man Utd) £8.5m
Man Utd’s summer signing is the priority target for managers ahead of Saturday’s 11:00 GMT deadline, with 404,000+ bringing him in for the home encounter with Everton on Monday night. Over the last four Gameweeks, Mbeumo’s dominance of big chances – or situations where a player is expected to score – show he is clearly the focal point of his side’s attack right now. While the Cameroon star has had six of Man Utd’s 11 big chances in that run, none of his team-mates have had more than one.
Enzo Fernandez (Chelsea) £6.7m
The Argentinian offers great all-round potential in the mid-price bracket against Burnley. Fernandez’s 11 shots and nine chances created are both team-leading totals for Chelsea over the last four Gameweeks.
Dango Ouattara (Brentford) £6.0m
Sat in under one per cent of squads, the Brentford star can be a great pick for managers looking to climb their mini-leagues against a Brighton & Hove Albion side who have produced only one clean sheet in home matches this season. Over the last four Gameweeks, Ouattara’s 10 shots in the box and four big chances both rank second among midfielders in Fantasy.
Erling Haaland (Man City) £14.9m
Man City’s Norwegian has averaged 8.2 points per away match and visits a Newcastle side who have conceded three goals to both West Ham and Brentford over the last two Gameweeks. Given his hefty 70 per cent ownership, Haaland is expected to be the most-selected captain by a big distance once again.
Jean-Philippe Mateta (Crystal Palace) £8.1m
Four goals and 30 points across the last four Gameweeks have taken the forward’s ownership to 29 per cent. Mateta can reward that growing band of backers against a Wolves side who have conceded at least three goals in each of their four matches in all competitions.
Joao Pedro (Chelsea) £7.5m
Chelsea’s Brazilian heads to Burnley having scored in back-to-back matches for the first time since Gameweek 3. The data clearly shows why Joao Pedro’s output has markedly improved recently – four of his six big chances this season have come in those last two Gameweeks.
