First Alert Forecast: mild to warm for now, cold signs in the distance

WILMINGTON, N.C. (WECT) – Your First Alert Forecast features toastier 70s Friday and a round of balmy 70s to near 80 will come with a 30% rain chance on Saturday. Expect lower rain chances to return to open Thanksgiving week; an approaching cold front ought to raise them a few percentage points just before and on the holiday itself. Temperatures will continue to ping the mild 60s and 70s ahead of this front, but, upon its passage, crisp and much chillier 40s and even possibly 30s will ooze in for November’s final nights.

The Atlantic Basin is tranquil as Hurricane Season hits it final ten days.
