Waterford firm facing €351,000 debt to Cork Marts enters provisional liquidation

The High Court has appointed joint provisional liquidators to a company that has admitted owing Cork Cooperative Marts €351,000 and accepted that its business is no longer sustainable.
The firm operates a farm with more than 200 cattle and became insolvent after what it described as challenging trading conditions.
