Updated Jaguars’ Week 12 injury report: 2 changes made

Here is a closer look at the Jacksonville Jaguars’ second Week 12 injury report.

Let’s take a closer look at the Jacksonville Jaguars’ second Week 12 injury report ahead of Sunday’s game against the Arizona Cardinals.

For the second consecutive day, defensive end Travon Walker (knee) and linebacker Yasir Abdullah (finger) were both non-participants.

Walker left Sunday’s game at one point with a knee injury.

Some good news is that safety Andrew Wingard (back) and defensive tackle Arik Armstead (illness) were each upgraded from being limited on Wednesday to full participants on Thursday.

The Jaguars also had 12 other players who were limited participants on Thursday, just as they were the day priot.

This included Travis Etienne (shoulder), Dennis Gardeck (chest), Anton Harrison (knee/ankle), Jarrian Jones (quad), Jourdan Lewis (neck), Hunter Long (hip/knee), Patrick Mekari (knee), Wyatt Milum (knee), Greg Newsome (ankle), Brenton Strange (hip), Brian Thomas Jr. (ankle), and Bhayshul Tuten (ankle).

Of note from this group, Harrison, Thomas Jr., Lewis, and Long all missed this past Sunday’s game against the LA Chargers. Thomas Jr., Lewis, and Long have each missed the last two games.

Tuten and Newsome would each exit the game on Sunday.

This is the second week back at practice for Strange, who is still on injured reserve. He can be activated at any time once he’s medically cleared.
