The NBA Cup games on Friday, Nov. 21 continue with a pair of Western Conference squads that have NBA Finals dreams based off their early season output, as the Houston Rockets welcome the Denver Nuggets to the Toyota Center in Houston.

This NBA game is scheduled to start at 9:30 p.m. EST and will be broadcast on Prime Video. The Rockets are 10-3 and riding a five-game winning streak coming into this contest. On Wednesday, Houston was on the road against the Cleveland Cavaliers and earned a 114-104 victory with Alperen Sengun going for 28 points, 11 rebounds and seven assists. Kevin Durant had 20, Jabari Smith Jr. had 14 points and nine rebounds and Amen Thompson had 12 points, nine boards and six assists. Aaron Holiday and Reed Sheppard combined for 30 off the bench.

The Nuggets had won seven straight and then lost, but are now once again coming into a contest after a victory. Denver was also on the road Wednesday, but it had to go against the New Orleans Pelicans. Payton Watson had a career-high with 32 points and 12 rebounds while Nikola Jokic had 28, 12 assists and 11 rebounds, along with nine turnovers. Jamal Murray and Cameron Johnson combined for 30 and 13 assists and the bench trio of Jonas Valanciunas, Tim Hardaway Jr. and Bruce Brown combined for 33 with Brown also getting three steals.
