Kelly Brook’s ‘council-estate housekeeper’ reveals star’s true colours amid ‘bully’ accusations

A TikTok famous cleaner, who claims to be Kelly’s former ‘housekeeper’ has spoken out about Brook’s real behaviour after working in her home for years

Kelly Brook’s former ‘council-estate housekeeper’ has spoken out about the I’m A Celebrity star’s behaviour amid Kelly Osbourne’s ‘bully’ accusations. During Thursday night’s episode of the ITV show, Kelly and Jack Osbourne appeared to clash over kitchen duties in camp, leading to Kelly Osbourne taking to Instagram to post an angry remark after Brook claimed Jack had ‘elbowed’ her out the way to cook.

Protective older sibling Kelly addressed the 45-year-old – who obviously can not currently respond – as she wrote: “Kelly Brook, I don’t think I like you. Elbowing out of the way to get to the fish.

“You’re so performative, with all the gagging and the over‑dramatics. You bring out my big‑sister vibes where I want to attack you because I feel like you’re a bit of a bully.”

However, Kelly Brook’s former housekeeper has now weighed in on the situation to defend the model, who she branded as a ‘really nice and down to earth girl’.

Taking to TikTok, Gem, who goes by the user, @diamondgemcleaning revealed that she felt the need to go onto social media and stick up for the former Page Three girl after the negative responses she’s been receiving online.

In her bio, she states that she is a professional cleaner who cleans celebrity’s houses, boasting that when her cleaning business was in its prime, she cleaned 60-70 houses a week.

Recording herself on the camera to her 62.4k TikTok followers, Gem started by saying she had known Kelly for nine years and previously worked in her home.

Defending her former client, she said: “I just feel like Kelly is being portrayed completely wrong on I’m A Celebrity. She’s a really strong woman and I just hate to see that she’s being portrayed like a bully cos she ain’t and people like Kelly Osbourne coming for her while she’s in the jungle, unaware of what’s going on out here.

“She was always really good to us [sic] and she’s just a really down to earth girl.”

Explaining more, Gem said: “Kelly Brook is the reason that I started social media years ago, I built up another platform on an app years ago. That’s because of Kelly Brook helped me and she showed me how to do it.

“I was Kelly’s housekeeper for many years and it’s the only job I’ve loved that even when I didn’t need to go to work because I was employed by seven people, I used to still go to her house every week because I loved her, I loved her house and I loved everything about her. She was just a really really lovely down to earth woman.

“I’m just a girl from a council estate and she trusted me and my team to come into the most amazing house even when she wasn’t there a lot and I still do not believe there is a better house that I’ve ever cleaned than hers.”

Gem went on to say that Kelly would throw a Christmas party for all of her cleaners and gardeners every year as she added: “Now, I’ve cleaned for some very rich people, some really really famous people and they’ve never done that for us.

“She used to get us the most beautiful and thoughtful Christmas presents and that wasn’t just me, that was all the girls. When she used to get things for free, she’d go ‘do you girls want that?’ There isn’t many people who would do that.”

She continued: “If I ever needed to bring my children to work, like she didn’t need me there but obviously she knew we needed the money, she would let me take my children there. Again, there’s not many people who would do that.”

Making reference to her and Jack’s squabble over the food, she added: “I’ve got to say as well, she is the most amazing cook. The best ever.”

It comes as Kelly’s family have now also spoken out in her defence after Kelly Osbourne’s online rant.

Brook’s stepdad addressed Osbourne’s strong remarks, in which she seemed to only add fuel to the fire by accusing her of being a ‘bully’.

According to the Daily Mail, Kelly Brooke’s stepdad has hailed the bullying allegations as “a load of rubbish”.
