The Family Man Season 3 cast fees: Manoj Bajpayee tops the chart; Jaideep Ahlawat, Nimrat Kaur and Priyama

The four-year wait for The Family Man Season 3 has finally come to an end. Manoj Bajpayee returns as the much-loved Srikant Tiwari, the middle-class family man who must once again juggle his risky secret missions while trying to keep peace at home. The new season, premiering on Prime Video on 21 November 2025, is set in India’s North-East and unfolds against the tense backdrop of a pandemic, bringing new challenges and threats to Srikant’s professional and personal life.

This time, excitement has soared with the addition of Jaideep Ahlawat and Nimrat Kaur to the cast. Along with familiar faces, this fresh lineup has created a big buzz — especially regarding their remuneration for the latest installment. As per reports, Manoj Bajpayee remains the highest paid actor of the series, taking home an impressive ₹20 to ₹22 crore for Season 3. His performance continues to be the backbone of the show, and the fee reflects his massive popularity and impact.

Jaideep Ahlawat, who steps in as the main antagonist Rukma, is said to have been paid around ₹9 crore for his powerful role. Nimrat Kaur, playing Meera — a seemingly influential businesswoman with hidden operations — has reportedly earned between ₹8 and ₹9 crore. Darshan Kumaar, who returns as Major Sameer and has gained more prominence over the seasons, is believed to have charged around ₹7 to ₹8 crore.
Priyamani, portraying Srikant’s wife Suchitra and an emotional anchor in the story, is also said to have earned a similar amount of ₹7 to ₹8 crore. Sharib Hashmi, loved for his portrayal of JK Talpade and his blend of bravery and humor, has reportedly been compensated ₹5 crore for the season.

The younger actors have been rewarded generously as well. Ashlesha Thakur, who plays Srikant’s daughter Dhriti and has a more intense character arc this time, is said to have taken home ₹2 to ₹4 crore. Vedant Sinha, who plays the witty and curious Atharv, has reportedly earned between ₹1 and ₹2 crore.

Senior cast members Seema Biswas and Vipin Sharma, who play key characters in the evolving narrative, are also believed to have received between ₹1 and ₹2 crore each.
