The Gushue Rink of St. John’s got off to a flying start at the Montana’s Olympic Curling Trials in Halifax yesterday. NL defeated a rink from Saskatoon 11-5 in the opener.
Their next challenge is Kevin Koe slated for 2:30 NST today.
The winners in the men’s and women’s categories will represent Canada at the Olympics in Italy this coming winter.
