Arch Enemy Parts Ways with Alissa White-Gluz After 11 Years

Within the last hour, Arch Enemy have announced on social media that they “have parted ways with singer Alissa White-Glutz.” The singer joined the band in March 2014, replacing Angela Gossow.
“We’re thankful for all the time and music we’ve shared,” the band said, “and wish her all the best. Wherever there is an ending, there is also a beginning. See you in 2026.”

“I am forever thankful to the thousands of amazing fans I have met along the way,” Alissa White-Glutz said. “Thank you, Beastlings. I can’t wait to share what I have been working on with you all (with some big surprises in store).

Exiting on a bow amongst the loud cheers, the ardent consensus seals the reaffirmation that this Swedish / Canadian outfit have once again dazzled MetalTalk wrote of their November 2025 date at the Eventim Apollo.
