Steelers QB Aaron Rodgers (left wrist) questionable to play vs. Bears on Sunday

Aaron Rodgers may be set for a date with a familiar foe.
The Pittsburgh Steelers quarterback (left wrist) is questionable to start Sunday against the Chicago Bears, coach Mike Tomlin told reporters, adding, “We’ll see where the weekend leads us.”
Rodgers, who was injured in the Steelers’ Week 11 win over the Cincinnati Bengals, missed Wednesday’s practice and was limited Thursday and Friday.
Tomlin said Friday it’s up to the medical team whether Rodgers will play on Sunday.
“I won’t do anything,” Tomlin said of the evaluation of Rodgers’ injured wrist, via the team’s website. “I’m not a medical expert or Aaron. We’ll see.
“It’s non-surgical. As soon as they secure it and know that he can protect himself, they will be comfortable.”
If he’s cleared to start, Rodgers will play against the Bears for the first time in his career without being a member of the Green Bay Packers. If not, Mason Rudolph will be under center.
