Cristiano Ronaldo capped off a successful night for Al Nassr with an extraordinary bicycle kick as the Saudi Pro League leader thrashed Al Khaleej 4-1 at Al Awwal Park in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, on Sunday.

The 40-year-old Portuguese striker latched onto a cross from Nawaf Boushal in the final seconds of the game for his 10th goal in the league this season.

Meanwhile, Joao Felix and Sadio Mane also got on the scoresheet as Al Nassr continued its winning start to the campaign.

After a couple of goals were ruled out, the home side took the lead in the 39th minute after Felix placed the ball into the bottom right corner after meeting Angelo’s cross from the left wing.

Felix turned provider three minutes later, hunting down the ball deep in the opposition half before laying it off to Wesley on the edge of the box. The 20-year-old Brazilian then produced a lovely finish into the top right corner to double the lead.

Al Khaleej responded well after the break with Hawsawi halving the deficit with a thunderous strike from outside the box, just two minutes into the second half. With pressure mounting, Mane got a much-needed third for Al Nassr in the 77th minute with a curling first-time strike from inside the box.

Five minutes later, Ronaldo capped off a successful night for Al Nassr with his ridiculous acrobatic strike, which sealed the team’s ninth win in as many games in the league.
