HEAT LOOK TO STRIKERS | Harris To Miss Strikers Clash

The WBBL Brisbane Heat have recalled young allrounder Lily Bassingthwaighte in place of Grace Harris ahead of tomorrow night’s game against the Adelaide Strikers at Karen Rolton Oval.
The latest Frank Health Insurance injury update concerns allrounder Grace Harris, who will miss the Strikers game as part of her ongoing load management program as she continues to return from a previous calf injury.
Bassingthwaighte, who would make her WBBL debut if chosen in the starting side, is coming off a player of the match performance in the Final of the Katherine Raymont Shield T20 competition.
She took 1-14 from four overs and top-scored with 54no as Western Suburbs overcame Valley in the Premier Cricket decider yesterday.
The Heat are chasing their first win of the competition, after losing to the Melbourne Stars last night at Allan Border Field by 18 runs.
Brisbane will play a series of games on the road this week, taking on the Sydney Sixers on Friday at Adelaide Oval as part of a double-header, before travelling to Sydney to play the Strikers again on Sunday at North Sydney Oval.
