The No. 11 Michigan State Spartans will take on the East Carolina Pirates today as the Fort Myers Classic tips off.

The Spartans are undefeated and are coming off an 84-56 victory over Detroit Mercy this past Friday. Jeremy Fears Jr. led the team in the win with 18 points and 11 assists. They also earned a major top 25 win over No. 19 Kentucky last week, led by Jaxon Kohler’s 20 points.
The Pirates are 2-3 and will be looking to snap a two-game losing streak against the Spartans today. They’re coming off an 85-60 loss to UNC Wilmington, in which they were led by Jordan Riley’s 19 points.
Michigan State will be back in action on Thursday for a Thanksgiving Day matchup with the No. 16 North Carolina Tar Heels.
