Former FBI special agent on D.C. National Guard shooting: This was a “bold statement”

Two National Guard members were shot in Washington, D.C., close to the White House on Wednesday. West Virginia Gov. Patrick Morrisey said there were “conflicting reports” about the guardsmen’s conditions.
