The 2025 Michigan high school football state tournament has all come down to this.
Sixteen teams have survived the 128-team playoff gauntlet, and are fighting to be immortal MHSAA football state champions at Ford Field, home of the Detroit Lions. One more win is all it takes.
The action kicks off Friday at 9:30 a.m. with the Division 8 final the first of four games, takes a break Saturday and commences Sunday with four more games, where dessert is saved for last: a titanic clash in Division 1.

The Michigan high school football state finals will be streamed exclusively live, and on demand, on the NFHS Network. No games will be on TV this year, after an agreement between the MHSAA and FanDuel Sports Network Detroit could not be reached.
