There is more college basketball on Friday, Nov. 28 as the No. 5 LSU Tigers go against the Marist Red Foxes at Elridge Blake Sports and Fitness Center in Charlotte Amalie, Virgin Islands as part of the Paradise Jam.

LSU is 6-0 with more than 100 points in each of its games. It’s been more than a week since the Tigers last took the court, a 112-49 blowout over Alcorn State. Flau’jae Johnson and MiLaysia Fulwiley both had the game-high with 18 points, with Fulwiley also swiping five steals in the victory. Mikaylah Williams added 15 points and four steals as the team finished with 17 steals while forcing 31 turnovers. Kate Koval also went for 15 points and added 12 rebounds, seven of which came on the offensive end. Grace Knox also chipped in 15 from off the bench as LSU improved to 4-0 at home.

Marist is 2-4 and coming off a 72-64 overtime loss to Monmouth. Karly Fischer was the game’s leading scorer with 18 along with seven rebounds. Lexie Tarul had 10 points, 10 rebounds, two assists, two steals and two blocks while Danielle Williamsen added 15 points and Justine Henry chipped in 12 and six boards.
