What is Arizona State’s path to Big 12 title game entering final week of regular season?

Arizona State needed to win its final two games and receive help in the form of losses by contenders to make it back to the Big 12 title game.
The Sun Devils pulled away from the Colorado Buffaloes in a 42-17 road game to stay in the race.
There are two simple scenarios that get the Sun Devils to the title game heading into the final week of the Big 12 schedule. It starts with Arizona State needing to beat Arizona in the Territorial Cup on Friday at Mountain America Stadium. That is a requirement.
ASU did not get help early on Friday as No. 12 Utah beat Kansas, which narrowed the Sun Devils’ Big 12 title game clinching scenarios from three to two.
ASU will now need help in two other games: No. 5 Texas Tech visiting West Virginia (10 a.m. Saturday) and UCF visiting No. 11 BYU (11 a.m. Saturday).
