Fortnite Zero Hour start time and date

The Fortnite Zero Hour event has a November 29 release date on consoles, PC and smartphone.

The event kicks off at 7pm GMT for fans living in the UK. That’s 2pm EDT / 11am PDT for North American players, and 8pm CET for European fans.

According to Epic Games, Zero Hour is a one-time only event, which means you won’t be able to replay after it’s over.

With this in mind, fans can expect Zero Hour to draw big crowds, which means servers may become overcrowded. Indeed, Epic Games recommends updating Fortnite ahead of the event to prevent any delays, and to login when the servers go live at 6.20 GMT UK time (1.20pm EDT / 10.20am PDT / 7.20pm CET).

“Zero Hour is almost here! Double check your Fortnite is logged in and updated ahead of time so there’s nothing slowing you down when hopping into the event!” Epic explains.

How to access Fortnite Zero Hour

The Fortnite Zero Hour event can be found in the top row of Discover.

As previously stated, the doors will open at 6.20pm GMT for fans playing in the UK.

“You can find Fortnite Zero Hour in-game in the top row of Discover,” Epic continues. “The doors open at 1:20 PM ET and the event starts for all players at 2 PM ET. This is a one-time only event.”

How to unlock the free Yuki Yubari outfit

To celebrate the Zero Hour event and start of a new Fortnite season, Epic Games is giving fans the chance to unlock a free outfit simply by logging in to the game.

The Yuki Yubari Outfit is inspired by the upcoming Lost Chapter: Yuki’s Revenge cinematic, which is related to the Kill Bill movies.

To unlock the outfit for free, simply login to Fortnite between November 27 and December 1 (by 2pm GMT UK time). The outfit will automatically be added to your locker at a later date.
