Anders Dreyer says Son Heung-Min is the best player he’s faced in the MLS
Anders Dreyer has won the hearts of fans thanks to his tremendous left foot and excellent footballing IQ.
However, he’s not the only footballer doing big things in the MLS at the moment, with the 27-year-old confessing that he was blown away by the talent of a former Premier League icon.
When asked by Sporf who the best player he’s encountered in the MLS is, Dreyer replied: “I think Son. I remember the away game against Los Angeles FC. He is a good player. He had a lot of chances. But there’s been loads of good players that I’ve played against, so it’s difficult to pick one, but if I had to, it would be him.”

Anders Dreyer reveals the moment he knew something special was happening at San Diego FC
Since signing for San Diego FC, Dreyer has made his presence felt, scoring 22 goals, including an excellent strike on Monday evening, which helped secure his side a place in the Western Conference Final of the MLS Cup Playoffs.
Despite being in its very first season, the club is quickly proving itself as one of the strongest in the States.
When asked about the moment he realised something special was happening, Dreyer replied: “The first game — LA Galaxy away, beating the champions 2-0. It was the beginning of something nice.
San Diego FC will now host the Vancouver Whitecaps in the early hours of Sunday morning (UK time), in an epic clash that MLS fans can’t afford to miss.
