Samantha Ruth Prabhu marries The Family Man director Raj Nidimoru at Sadhguru’s Isha Yoga Centre
Actors Samantha Ruth Prabhu and filmmaker Raj Nidimoru tied the knot on Monday morning at Sadhguru’s Isha Yoga Centre. While speculation about their wedding were swirling since the weekend about the nuptials, a source confirmed to SCREEN that the wedding indeed took place on Monday morning at the Ling Bhairavi Temple inside the Isha Yoga Centre.

“The wedding happened at the Ling Bhairavi Temple inside Isha Yoga Centre early morning,” a source told HT. The source further shared that the ceremony was a low-key affair attended by only about 30 guests. Samantha is said to have worn a traditional red saree for the occasion, staying true to the temple’s serene and spiritual setting.
Despite the growing buzz, neither Samantha nor Raj has officially confirmed the news of their wedding. The rumours gained momentum after several regional and national media outlets suggested that the two were preparing to exchange vows. Adding fuel to the fire was a cryptic Instagram Story shared by Raj’s ex-wife, Sshyamali De, which read: “Desperate people do desperate things.” The message led to widespread speculation, with social media users attempting to decipher whether it hinted at the reported wedding. Raj and Sshyamali had reportedly separated in 2022.

Samantha and Raj first made headlines together in early 2024, when the actress appeared to soft launch him on Instagram. The duo was seen sharing warm and cozy moments in pictures that quickly went viral, prompting discussions about their relationship status. The two have remained tight-lipped in the public but are often spotted together at events and on social media.
Before this, Samantha was married to actor Naga Chaitanya. The couple wed in 2017 but announced their separation in 2021. Chaitanya later entered a relationship with actor Sobhita Dhulipala, and the two married in December last year.
