Edward N. “Eddie” Hoffman, 62, of New Haven passed away on November 27, 2025 at his home. Eddie was born in New Haven on May 25, 1963 son of Marjorie Mirabella Hoffman of New Haven and the late William E. Hoffman. Brother of Elaine (Reid) Parrington of Guilford, Lynne (Ronald) Scarpa of Killingworth, William (Claire) Hoffman of East Haven and Robert T. Hoffman of Hamden. Eddie is also survived by several nieces and nephews. Prior to his retirement, Eddie was a school teacher for the New Haven Board of Education.
Family and friends are invited to a parlor service in the PORTO FUNERAL HOME, 234 Foxon Rd. (Rte. 80), East Haven SATURDAY afternoon, December 6, 2025, at 12:00 p.m. Interment will be private.
