WWE’s Jey Uso Blasts Fans Violating Him, ‘How Many Strangers Poke Yall Ass in a Day?’

WWE star Jey Uso called out fans who have crossed a line while interacting with him in public.
In an Instagram Story he posted Sunday, Uso said, “Please don’t walk up and poke me. Or touch me.”
“How many strangers poke yall ass in a day??” he asked. “Bout 38 for me …”
This general problem is not isolated to Uso.
Back in March, CM Punk became visibly frustrated when a fan touched him multiple times as he was walking down the ramp and posing for pictures at the end of a live event:
In a 2023 interview with USA Network’s Chris Phelan, Rhea Ripley discussed the lack of boundaries she often sees on the road.
“Just treat us with respect like we’re normal human beings instead of products,” she said. “I find that a lot of the time when you go to the airport, people that are waiting there, waiting for signatures and autographs, a lot them—not all of them, there is some good ones in the batch that actually want to meet their favorite Superstars and that’s all good and fine. But it’s the ones that are trying to make money off our signatures and just treat us like we’re a product for everyone’s use.”
Then in August, Ripley said she was “completely mobbed” while attempting to enter her Uber:
Uso obviously has a lot of fans, and his employer counts on the WWE Universe feeling very passionately toward its favorite stars.
But the wrestlers don’t ultimately owe fans that much when they’re effectively out of the office and going through their daily lives.
