Miami Heat-LA Clippers in-game Injury Update: Key player out for rest of game

While playing against the Los Angeles Clippers, Miami Heat forward Pelle Larsson found himself injured in the second quarter. At halftime, the team announced that the second-year guard/forward will miss the rest of the game with a sprained right foot.
Larsson is averaging about 10 points, 3.5 assists and three rebounds for the season.
After the game, Larsson told coach Erik Spoelstra that he will be fine. The Heat play the Mavericks on Wednesday. If Larsson misses time, Simone Fontecchio or Nikola Jovic could take his rotation role.
Additionally, after going down by almost 30 through the first three minutes of the third quarter, the Clippers opted to sit out James Harden.

QUOTABLE
Heat head coach Erik Spoelstra: “We need to be better on the ball for sure. Last night, yeah there were some pick-and-rolls, they were calling up some different actions, but at some point it becomes a competitive spirit on-the-ball to handle your business. And then, our weak-side has to be completely active. This league is not easy to defend, the talent, the skill, the three-point spacing, all of that, and it really does require five guys on a string.”
