Molly-Mae Hague has said ‘it was awful’ as she opened up about witnessing Tommy Fury’s recent bout of ill health, before their daughter also fell ill and ended up seeking emergency help.
The influencer took to social media over the weekend and said she was “trying to keep it together” after her partner and their toddler, Bambi, both fell ill, which she has now revealed saw them pay a trip to the hospital.
On Sunday (November 30), Tommy took to his Instagram Stories and shared a black and white photo of himself looking downcast as he sat on an examination bed. “I’ve been completely wiped out this past week with a really nasty sickness,” he shared.
“Still not sure if it’s food poisoning or a virus, but I’ve never experienced anything like it. I haven’t been able to keep food down for over a week, and it’s been ROUGH.
“Frustrating too because I was the happiest I’ve been with my shape in a long time, and I’ve dropped about a stone in just a week. Really missing the gym and training, but right now, I’m just focusing on getting back on my feet. Safe to say I’ve been feeling sorry for myself. (sic)”

Now, in her new YouTube vlog, Molly-Mae has told her followers the family had been in hospital on Monday morning (December 1) as she admitted she was “hanging on by a thread”. Speaking in her first video of December: “My nails summarise how this week has gone…hanging on by a thread.”
“I did say that Bambi wasn’t well but we’ve been in the hospital this morning,” she continued. “Life happens, how do people vlog every day? You can’t show every day, it’s not realistic.”
Explaining the situation, Molly-Mae shared with her followers: “About nine days ago, Tommy got what we thought was food poisoning, or a sickness bug, we’re really not sure, and we’re nine days in now and it hasn’t gone away and basically last night at 3 in the morning, he was up, TMI, but his soul was leaving his body in that toilet.
“It was so traumatic, it was awful. I’ve just felt so sorry for him, he can’t keep any food down, any liquid down. He’s fine within himself but when he’s eating and drinking, he’s just ill, it’s so bizarre.” She continued: “He’s not eaten a proper meal in over a week, he’s lost so much weight, his face is gaunt, literally black circles under his eyes.”
As for Bambi, the mum-of-one said she could “feel her heart pounding through her chest”, continuing: “So that was last night and then this morning, I went to get Bambi out of her cot, she slept in again, she was asleep and crying in her sleep, she was shaking in her sleep. Tears were coming down her eyes but she was asleep.
“I woke her up and she was in such a state, I could literally feel her heart pounding through her chest so quick. Her body was on fire, I took her temperature and it was 40 degrees…”
The 26-year-old continued: “We decided to go to the walk-in hospital, managed to get seen straight away. They’ve just said they think she’s got the flu – do Calpol, Nurofen, keep monitoring her and if it doesn’t clear up, go back again.”
Ending her latest vlog, Molly-Mae admitted: “It’s just quite a lot…This is just the life of a mum, this is how parenthood looks – you’re just playing catch up all the time. I live in a state of fight or flight recently. We’re back home now, I’ve just put her down for a nap, I’m just going to monitor her really closely.”
