Molly-Mae Hague has admitted she is “hanging on by a thread” after having to rush both Tommy Fury and her toddler, Bambi, to hospital.
The 26-year-old reality favourite revealed that her partner, also 26, and two-year-old daughter had been struck down by illness in recent days. The Love Island winner said she was “just trying to keep it together” after the hospital dash.
Molly-Mae opened up on her ordeal during a vlog, The Mirror reports. She said: “My nails summarise how this week has gone…hanging on by a thread.”
Opening up about the terrifying few days that led to the family being in hospital yesterday morning, December 1, she said: “I did say that Bambi wasn’t well but we’ve been in the hospital.
“Life happens, how do people vlog every day? You can’t show every day, it’s not realistic.”
Molly-Mae said that Bambi had been “shaking” and “crying” in her sleep, while Tommy had been dealing with a bad bug for more than a week, which they initially thought was food poisoning.

The mum said: “About nine days ago, Tommy got what we thought was food poisoning, or a sickness bug, we’re really not sure, and we’re nine days in now and it hasn’t gone away and basically at three in the morning [on Monday], he was up, TMI, but his soul was leaving his body in that toilet.
“It was so traumatic, it was awful. I’ve just felt so sorry for him, he can’t keep any food down, any liquid down. He’s fine within himself but when he’s eating and drinking, he’s just ill, it’s so bizarre.”
Sharing that Tommy’s sickness “wasn’t normal”, Molly revealed: “He’s not eaten a proper meal in over a week, he’s lost so much weight, his face is gaunt, literally black circles under his eyes.”
Speaking about her daughter’s condition, she said: “So that was [Sunday] night and then [on Monday] morning, I went to get Bambi out of her cot, she slept in again.

“She was asleep and crying in her sleep, she was shaking in her sleep. Tears were coming down her eyes but she was asleep.
“I woke her up and she was in such a state, I could literally feel her heart pounding through her chest so quick. Her body was on fire, I took her temperature and it was 40 degrees.
Luckily, Tommy and Bambi were able to be seen straight away at a walk-in clinic yesterday, as Molly said doctors believe Bambi has the flu.
She continued: “We decided to go to the walk-in hospital, managed to get seen straight away. They’ve just said they think she’s got the flu – do Calpol, Nurofen, keep monitoring her and if it doesn’t clear up, go back again.”
