Rosé, Bruno Mars, Kendrick Lamar and SZA have emerged atop Apple Music‘s year-end global charts, as the service has revealed the highest-streamed songs of 2025.
Rosé and Mars’ “APT.” dominated across several charts, ranking at No. 1 on the top global music tally, Shazam, global radio and lyrics charts. The peppy tune, which was released in October 2024, was a runaway hit for both artists, continuing to pick up nominations for song and record of the year for the 2026 Grammy Awards.
Lamar and SZA’s “Luther” came in at No. 2 on the global songs chart, followed by Lady Gaga and Mars’ “Die With a Smile,” Lamar’s “Not Like Us” and Billie Eilish’s “Birds of a Feather.” Lamar walks away with five songs in the top 25, more than any other artist, and nine total songs in the top 100. His other collaboration with SZA, “30 for 30,” bows at No. 10. Elsewhere on the global chart, Morgan Wallen leads all artists for most entries with 12 songs on the top 100.
Other notable takeaways include Lola Young’s “Messy,” which was the second-most Shazamed song this year and came in at No. 3 on the global radio chart. Alex Warren’s “Ordinary” finished at No. 4 on the Shazam and global radio charts, while Huntr/x’s “Golden” appeared at No. 4 on the lyrics chart.
Apple Music unveiled its global charts in tandem with its annual Apple Replay ’25, giving users a comprehensive look back at their listening habits this year. Subscribers can review their listening habits, from discovery and loyalty to comebacks, as well as metrics like total minutes listened and longest artist streak. Artists are able to access new features including listening growth and year-over-year performance summaries.
