Mr. Donuts Charlie “Crispy” Creme is now projecting Vanderbilt to host the first rounds of the tournament. We’ve come arguably even a longer way in women’s basketball than in men’s basketball or even football considering when I was in school we had to cancel the season due to a mix of coronavirus, injury, and locker room dysfunction. We still have issues, right now specifically with maintaining our shooting, but this is shaping up to be a special season.
Today, while everyone is at work for some reason, we play the ACC’s V-name-and-old-timey-white-guy-mascot school. The Cavaliers Wahoos are probably the best team we’ve faced since… BYU last week. If we can make it through this game, we have two other top-100 NET teams to play but should be fine to swing into conference play undefeated and ranked quite highly. Right now, we are looking like we could be one of the top 4 teams in the conference. Hopefully we can continue to prove that.
