“We just sold our starter home on Daniel Island,” Madison explained during Season 11, Episode 3. “And we’re moving into our forever home, which is just right around the corner.”

After meeting their realtor at the property, Madison and Brett took fans on a tour inside the 5,000 square-foot home that boasts six bedrooms and seven bathrooms. The purchase price? $3.9 million.

“The house itself is, like, Southern,” Madison described in a confessional. “It’s charming. It’s exactly like what everybody wants. I know it is a high price, trust me, but honestly, the house is just, it’s perfect.”

She continued, “And I mean, if I have a bill I’ve gotta pay, I will turn into a kitchen beautician and I will make sure that it is all taken care of.”

Pointing to her baby bump and wedding ring, Madison declared, “My dreams are coming true!”

Madison LeCroy opened up about home ownership plans

Earlier, as Madison and Brett made their way to the new home in a golf cart, she shared that she was “feeling emotional” about the milestone.

“I drove through this neighborhood when I first moved to Charleston,” she explained to her husband of three years. “And I was like, ‘I’m gonna marry some old rich man and I’m gonna live out here,’ because I’m like, ‘That’s the only way I’m gonna be able to do that.'”

Instead, as Madison pointed out, she ended up achieving her dream with a “hunky young man” and her “own money.”

As she continued in a confessional, “The fact that I’m even, like, approved for something like this after being called, like, white trash for how many years? And now it’s like life is so good that it doesn’t feel real.”

Looking ahead, Madison later added, “This is where I plan to raise all of my future children, too. Hey, I got the house to fill all these rooms with babies.”

While she and her husband sat on their new patio alongside a swimming pool, taking it all in, Brett remarked, “I can only imagine what your dad would be saying if he saw this,” referencing Madison’s late father, Ted “Teddy” LeCroy. (They ultimately named their daughter Teddi after the patriarch when Madison gave birth in June 2025.)

Growing emotional once again, Madison replied, “Well, don’t make me cry.”

How Madison LeCroy and Brett Randle have been renovating their new home

Madison previously announced that she and Brett officially got the keys to their new house in May 2025 and immediately got to work renovating the space.

At the time, Madison showed fans around the home via her Instagram Stories, giving a behind-the-scenes look at how their home upgrades were progressing.

“We wasted no time — time to make some improvements before the big move in two weeks!” the mom of two captioned one of her IG posts.

By late October 2025, Madison also showed her social media followers how she and Brett had added a new steam shower with aromatherapy, while teasing that more bathroom renovations were in the works.

Even before they officially closed on the house earlier this year, Madison expressed her excitement about moving in an exclusive March 2025 interview with The Daily Dish.

“Let’s just say…it’s exactly what we need,” she gushed. “It’s got everything we’ve wanted and then some, so get ready because y’all know I’ll be making it perfect! And of course, I’ll be sharing every step of the way, so stay tuned!”
