Cole Caufield posted one assist in the Canadiens’ 7-2 loss to the Avalanche Saturday night.
Fantasy Impact:
Caufield has caught fire in the offensive zone of late, tallying points in each of his last seven games (two goals, six assists) for the Canadiens. The 24-year-old remains one of the more reliable offensive options for head coach Martin St. Louis as part of an underwhelming Montreal lineup, carrying a 1.08 point per game average (14 goals, 12 assists) in 24 games so far this season.
