Fans are then getting another festive treat when the BBC air two more episodes the following evening on Boxing Day.

WALTZING ON

Christmas just wouldn’t be Christmas without the Strictly Come Dancing special.

Over the last few weeks the Beeb have been teasing fans with the line-up, and now it has been fully released, along with the time the show will be on TV.

Fans can tune in to BBC One for the Strictly special after their Christmas dinner at 5.30pm.

Viewers are being delivered a festive feast of star talent for this year’s Christmas edition of the hit show.

There’s a soap star, pop royalty and a Gladiator among the famous faces set to compete for the prestigious glitterball.

Not only that, but the pressure is on to make sure outgoing hosts Tess Daly and Claudia Winkleman’s swansong is done justice.

Stars taking part include former Gogglebox star and Queen of the Jungle Scarlett Moffatt, who was the first name to be announced.

All Saints star Mel Blatt is on the show, as is EastEnders actor Nicholas Bailey, and Gladiators star Jodie Ounsley.

Former Westlife star Brian McFadden and comedian Babatunde Aléshé complete the line-up.
