Quake Swarm Rattles North Bay Throughout The Night And Morning

NORTH BAY, CA — A series of overnight earthquakes jolted the North Bay late from Sunday into Monday, according to the U.S. Geological Survey.
An initial 3.3 quake hit at 10:56 p.m. with an epicenter 6 miles east northeast of Rohnert Park. Another 2.7-magnitude tremblor occurred in the same area at 11:38 p.m.
Just after midnight, at 12:06 a.m. on Monday, another 3.1-magnitude earthquake shook the region, followed by a 2.7-magnitude quake at 2:14 a.m.
The USGS reported no damage. But the quake was felt around the North Bay.
“That has gotta be the shortest little earthquake I’ve felt in a long while,” wrote one man from Rohnert Park on X.
