Band of snow is coming. See how much and why temps, time may be issues

You endured record snowfall a day ago, shoveled out cars, drove slowly, maybe spent some time tossing snowballs with the kids or your dog on Dec. 2.
What, you might ask, will Dec. 3 bring?
Chilly weather and snow flurries are possibilities.
If Tuesday morning’s record snowfall wasn’t enough, some minor accumulation could come again late Wednesday night into early Thursday, according to the National Weather Service in Wilmington, Ohio.
We may get about an inch of snow but it could impact the Thursday, Dec. 4 commute.
Be careful driving, watch for ice while walking, too, and check for school delays and cancellations, given the low ground temperatures and the timing.
According to a special weather statement issued by the National Weather Service, “Minor snow accumulations of less than an inch are expected, but cold ground conditions will allow for quick accumulation on any untreated surfaces. The main impacts are expected to be reduced visibilities and some slick spots on untreated surfaces.”
The day will bring frigid temperatures with the high only making it to 30 degrees and the low Thursday night getting into the low teens.
