New details released following double homicide in Bristol, Tennessee

News 5 has obtained new information on a double homicide that happened in Bristol, Tennessee, on November 23.

According to an affidavit, Elijah Campbell is accused of shooting three individuals following an argument. The incident occurred at a home on Lilly Street, where one of the victims, Kevin Collin, resided.

Witnesses reported that a group of friends had planned to attend a party, which was subsequently canceled. According to statements, Campbell arrived with three other males, and an argument ensued in the yard. Witnesses said Campbell then pulled out a gun and shot Deonte Wright and Kevin Collin in the yard before firing into the home, striking Lexi Coleman.

Police recovered a Glock with an extended magazine at the scene. Wright and Coleman were pronounced dead at the scene, while Collin is still recovering from severe injuries.
