Greater Manchester’s weather forecast
- After a period of wet weather, a dry spell is forecast in Greater Manchester over the next couple of days. But the rain is set to make a return towards the end of the week. Here’s a look at the forecast in full for the week, according to the Met Office.
- Tuesday: Sunny and cloudy intervals through most of the day today. Conditions to stay dry. Temperatures to reach a high of 9C this afternoon.
- Wednesday: More sunny and cloudy intervals expected with conditions staying dry. Highs of around 9C in the afternoon.
- Thursday: Light rain showers expected in the early morning before conditions turn overcast. Turning brighter in the afternoon with sunny and cloudy spells predicted.
- Friday: Cloudy conditions forecast in the morning. Rain then forecast from around 5pm, with downpours set to turn heavy from around 6pm on Friday evening. Heavy rain to continue into the evening. Temperatures to reach highs of around 6C.
