But be aware that although the show is back with a new episode this week, there’s an important time change.

Is there a new Stumble airing on Friday, December 5, 2025?

While there is a new episode of Stumble on tonight, Friday, December 5, it’s airing in a different time slot. Since the holiday special Rudolph The Red-Nosed Reindeer is airing on Friday night at 8 p.m., Episode 4 of Stumble, “Button Day,” will be bumped to 9:45 p.m. ET/PT on NBC, and will be available to stream the next day on Peacock.

Aside from the athletes on Courteney’s team learning their tumbling, back handsprings and flyer moves, some of the members of the eclectic Buttons have some financial challenges too. In Episode 3, viewers learned that Sally (Georgie Murphy) was living in her car. So, Courteney moved her into her own home that she shares with husband Boon.

What is Stumble‘s Episode 4, “Button Day,” about?

In Episode 4, titled “Button Day,” Courteney tries to get some financial help for her team’s training. The episode’s synopsis reads: “With her cheer department severely underfunded, Courteney makes a deal with the Button Factory owner; if her team performs a dazzling routine filled with plenty of flying stunts at Button Day, he will write her cheer department a giant check. But with Krystal (her best flyer) still injured, Courteney’s only option is to promote Peaches, who may, or may not, be ready to fly. Meanwhile, Boon deals with the awkwardness of Sally living at their house and searches for a way to connect.”

“Button Day” features two special guest stars, Jeff Hiller as Augustus Blimpfh, owner of the Candy Button Factory, and Busy Philipps as Vicky, the older sister of cheerleader Peaches (Taylor Dunbar).
